week 15 - lovin' this weather :]

I will take 65 - 75 degree weather all life long!  It's been fantastic here in Utah!  The mountains have trees in them that I can't even comprehend...they are neon red!  I just can't explain...spectacular!  As I've said before, and will say many times again, October is the best.  I've already had the oppotunity to dress up as a skeleton witch, make chocolate cake graves and watch Nightmare Before Christmas 2 times!  Fabulous!

Dinner and a movie with my two favorite girls in the whole wide world!  We saw Abduction, starting Taylor Lautner...that's all I need to say.  They are in love and probably could have cared less if the movie even had a plot...at least it had Taylor! :]

Our Gray Mares baby.  What a sweetie.  "Gray" is my most favorite horse of all.  She had it rough for her first 4 years of life.  Now she isn't worth what she should be and won't do what she has the talent to do.  She lives on our Trainer's ranch now and is fat and happy being a brood mare.  I was happy to see pictures of her that CJ took when he was up at the ranch.  She finally looks happy and not stressed!  Yay!  I don't have to cry when I think of her anymore (and look how cute her baby is!) :]

I was out watching Sadie and CJ ride and playing with my dog.  I layed back on the grass and this is what I was looking into...it took my breath away.

Today I was just happy to believe what I believe and know what I know.

 CJ and I actually had some time to take a trail walk at the base of the mountains.  It was beautiful and we NEVER have the time to just walk and talk.  And here's the NEON RED tree...the pic just doesnt' do it justice!

I had the chance to eat two fortune cookies this week.  Once on monday night and then again today.  For some reason I took a picture of the first one I got, because I was having a rough day, second guessing my creativity in teaching and thought it was funny and fitting.  I picked myself up this morning and started on some new curriculum ideas...then I received this fortune, I laughed - so fitting ;] 

I know the days of hanging outside with my family and animals are coming to an end.  So for now I'm just grateful for the weather we're being given :]  There will be more blessings to come - warm or cold - and they will all be great!
