year in a nut shell....

Equation....LAST YEAR = CHAOS!

In a nutshell.....Ava baby, 25th wedding anniversary celebration, start home remodel, Sadie wins place in Miss Bluffdale Pageant, purchased St. George house, still remodeling during the 106 degree summer,  lots of parades attended, moving into St. G house, took a girls (my girls) trip to Jackson Hole, gradually completing home remodel, Sadie moves up to Logan to start college at Utah State, girls trip (Kay) to Arizona, moving mom-in-law into new home, mom-in-law fights depression and we jump in to help her through it, CJ gone ALL of September...he's in Canada and Kansas, Lisa fights depression, CJ is an ironman once again in Panama City Florida, small thanksgiving in St. G, Lisa still tired and crawling through depression, still in the final stretch of house remodel, then christmas.

The last 3 years have not been easy ones.  What I have learned is that life is just life, and that it's like playing a very competitive game of dodgeball.  Sometimes we dodge one, sometimes we win with a quick catch and other times we get smacked in the face or gut and have to sit out for a bit.  It's all ok if we just take it for what it is...life.  I breathe A LOT and count to 10 OFTEN, then I have the ability to decide whether I accept or reject, and it has worked.

In battle we learn strategy.  I'm grateful for the opportunities I've been blessed with to learn and grow...create my strategy!  I can assuredly say there is opposition in ALL things.  We make decisions everyday, good and bad, positive and negative, kind and mean.  I've gained a passion for good, positivity and kindness, and I intend to share it!  I'm still battling my demon within, but someday he will lose my game of dodgeball...I will strongly and gladly smack him so hard, he will have to sit out for a very long time.

"..when the first rubber ball smacked her in the head and made her brains rattle in her skull, she knew that something about this dodgeball game was different"

sun...soothes my soul

Week #18, in this 52 gratitude challenge, presents me with this simple idea...the weather.  Am I grateful that it is spring, the sun is shining and I can spend time outside?  YES!  My favorite thing in the entire world is the warmth of the sun.  What it does for my soul, nothing else can do.  It's like one massive anxiety pill - the sun is out, the air is warm - peace, calm and still in my soul.

The weather, on this very day, is beautiful!  The temperature will rise to 73...which is my most adored amount of degrees!  The sky is a light spring time blue and there are a few wispy clouds floating above south mountain.  The breeze is a bit chilly, but it's April...so, that's normal.

I love the warmth of the sun.  I am a sun child.  My mood is influenced significantly by the sun, it's brightness and warmth.  I have a whole board on Pinterest dedicated to pictures of sunshine and quotes about sunshine....the board itself is called "Sunshine".  A couple of the best quotes I've found are:

Sunshine is the best medicine
I was made for sunny days
Let the sun shine through your heart
Yeah!  I felt sunbeams on my skin today!
Dear Sun...My whole world revolves around you.  Sincerely, a person on earth
Keep your sunny side up!

And, obviously, I love songs about sunshine:

You are my sunshine (Johnny Cash version #1)
There is sunshine in my soul today (will be sung at my funeral)
Sunshine on my shoulders (John Denver)
Walking on sunshine (Katrina and the waves)
Here comes the sun (Beatles)
Summertime (Kenny Chesney)
Lazy Days (Enya)

Sunshine has been proven to medicate the souls of the needy, terminally ill, blind and emotionally unstable people of the world.  It's not a miracle cure, just a moment of calm and wellness that feels like a miracle.

Shine!

catching up!

Sometimes life is rolling along smoothly...and then BAM...it hits hyper speed!  That's about it, my life for the last 3 weeks.  I've been to doctor appointments (not for me...for once!), to St. George for Easter break and then down to Scottsdale, Arizona for a little spa trip.  I LOVE being home with my family...it's always good to be home.

So, I missed a few journal/blog/posts...whatever this is?  Now I'm catching up...

52 Gratitude....

#14 = A talent I have:

When I was young, I was a fantastic dancer.  Classically trained, none of the cheesy competitive dancing that goes on today.  I was taught ballet, tap and jazz - but - lyrical is my favorite.  I enjoyed choreography, and was really very good at it!  I have a deep association with music and movement.  Every time I hear a great song...I'm choreographing in my chaotic and creative mind!  I don't dance anymore, should never have let that go...oh well.

Now, at the age of 44, I am a talented doodle-er and journal-er.  I love to journal and add doodles and images to my pages.  It's fun.  I'm not super sure that it is a talent...but, I'm saying it is!  I have several different journals entitled and devoted to several different subjects.  I CAN NOT have enough note books...I love new note books.  But, I've always been a big fan of paper, pencils and markers my whole entire life, so it's not a shocker!  I am grateful for the blessings of creativity!

#15 = What I like about SPRING!
Well....DUH...the sun, warmth, colors, smells, rain and flowers!  Need I say more...nope.  I couldn't be more grateful when spring rolls around because I'm not a fan of winter!  So, I greet spring with arms wide open every single year!

#16 = Simple things in life:

I totally believe that the big things in life bloom from the small and phenomenal everyday things!
The small (but HUGE) things in my life that I am most grateful for are my family, Tom, blue sky's, music, sunshine and warmth, comfortable clothes, kindness and character.  Those are a few of my favorite things (...when the dog bites, when the bee stings, when I'm feeling sad, I simply remember my favorite things...)!!!  I love life.  One of the most valuable blessings I received post surgery was that the small everyday blessings are to be cherished and appreciated.  It's the most important "mantra" I have...enjoy the little things.  Big, great, happy feelings are produced from small and little occurrences!  I am grateful for SMALL and precious things....they make my BIG life extraordinary!

OK...I'm caught up now.

challenges...that's life!

I've struggled with this blog post...maybe this blog post IS my challenge!  The question posed is "A challenge I've overcome?" and I think I have many challenges, nothing real big, just challenges...I think everyone does, that's just life.  So, to pick just one challenge has me very perplexed???

I picked 2 challenges that I have overcome in the last few years, that have meant a lot to me and left me full of gratitude and made my life a much easier place to exist.

The first challenge I've overcome is that I can drink, even gulp, water!  I couldn't drink water at all for a few months.  After surgery, when my ability to swallow started to come back, I could still only sip at water...a full on swallow would send me into a choking spasm.  It hurt, it cracked my ribs, the coughing was more than I could even take.  So, water was a tough one!  When I came out of surgery and was alone in my recovery room, I made a list of "things I want to eat again" and water was the first one on the list...it was the last one I was actually able to consume.  I couldn't gulp water until 1 year out of surgery!  Now I can, and it is DELIGHTFUL!  I can only take up to about 7 gulps before my throat gives out and can't control it anymore...but I'll take 7 gulps!  The groovy thing is...now I'm a water snot!  I will only drink delicious water!  I order water on amazon and have it delivered to my house...yep, that kind of snot.  I love NEO Water.  It's my favorite.  But, for CJ's sake I will sometimes order SmartWater...because that's his favorite.  At any rate, water is divine...and until you literally can not drink it, you don't realize how much you love it!  Diet Coke is still my favorite, I'm not gonna lie.  But at least my NEO Waters made it to the top shelf of the refrigerator!  I love them!
CJ calls these my 'little grenades' :]

The second challenge I've overcome is that I actually like me and I'm grateful to be me.  Loving myself has always been a challenge.  Since I was young I've been comparing myself to ALL who surrounded me and have always thought "I'm nothing special, look what they can do" or "Wow, she is amazing!  I could never do that."  Ya know, those thoughts.  I felt inferior and under-appreciated.  It took 43 years for me to realize...I AM AWESOME!  I don't look in the mirror with disgust anymore, I learn about others with curiosity and I'm honest with myself.  It's so great to think of yourself as a viable being in this world!  I am an introvert and love to do my own thing...I'm totally ok with that.  I can't speak in a crowd (my voice is too weak)...but I can listen, and that's even better.  I LOVE to lay on the grass, look into the sky and ponder eternity...it's a beautiful feeling.  I KNOW my husband loves me...not every women can say that!  There are 2 quotes that I feel describe me just perfectly..."I have an intense desire to be where I am not!" and "I'm not anti-social, I'm just really pro-me."  I am grateful for the challenges that helped me to love me!  Teaching preschool, being the primary president, surgery, scars on my face, accepting service from loved ones, recovery, being a mom, being a grandma...THANK YOU!
Me and Ava
Mine is a wonderful life!
FEWF!!!!  52 gratitude blog post #13...DONE!  I am so grateful for life's challenges.  I can say that with a full heart and a smile on my face.

Keep on keeping on!

try a Little Harder to be a Little Better

Well, HELLO 2015!  It's good to see you, It's good to be alive and It's good to celebrate you!  I'm not a resolution kind of girl though, so, I am just going to...

...how does that sound?  Great!  Then let's do this thing!

My journal/planner is ready!

My calendar is flipped to January!
The events of "trying a little harder to be a little better" will include:
ONE!  Obtain and install knowledge of the Doctrine and Covenants and Church History.
TWO!  Be 'consciously' kind!  (give away lots of sunshine & RAK)
THREE!  Become more 'elysian'

FOUR!  Hike & Explore
FIVE!  (last, but not least...) BE A FREAKING GRAM GRAM!!!!!

I am excited for this year to unfold.  I changed my blog name (because I think of myself as "lucky lucille"), I am going to be a grandma, I am going to run some 5k's, I am going to take mountain adventures and I am going to be a kinder, nicer and sunny-er person! That's just the way it's gotta be!

Keep your sunny side up!

the sky is on fire!

I LOVE to observe nature.  It's in the top 3 on my favorite things to do list.  All of it...from the depths of space to the tiniest spec of sand on the beach.  It's all extremely fascinating to me.  The sunlight is my happiest, of all natural elements, to be involved with.  I was granted a few amazing glances at the magic of sunlight this week.  The skies have been ON FIRE!
tuesday's fire

thursday's fire
I delight in every sunset I see.  Sometimes my mom will call me, just to remind me to look out my window, so I don't miss the beauty of it!  When I was a teenager, I used to drive up to Tanner Park so I could sit in quiet and watch the sun go down.  The view was always the best up there.  One night, I remember, actually seeing the rays of the sun stretching out from that big orange orb and reaching up into the neon indigo sky...the image is burned into my brain...i love it.

Summer is the best time to watch a sunset.  The season doesn't necessarily provide the most beautiful sunsets, however, the air is warm and the sky stays bright until almost 10:00!  I like to lay down, on the thick grass, and watch the sky go from light blue to soft yellow, pale pink and neon orange.  I continue to lay there, until the sky reaches that perfect indigo color and then fades into a royal deep purple.  Then the stars start to twinkle, the moon rises, the sky turns black and I welcome the calm of a very warm and delicious night! (it's not even the first day of winter yet and I'm already salivating for summer...oh boy...)

Peace be to you and you and you...

weak moments happen...it's ok...move on

As far as what my Heavenly Father wants me to be doing today...it's a fail.  I failed.  I woke up entirely too late to be at church on time, but I did get ready.  When I realized I was going to be too late to take the sacrament, and CJ wasn't going to be home from his run any time soon, I bailed on church all together.  No fire in my soul today, no motivation.  I shed my dress and went for some comfortable leggings and a cardigan.

Today, I definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed.  Probably because I slept so late.  So, naturally, everything is getting on my nerves.  CJ and Sadie are being cautiously kind to me (they know what it's like when my mood is gray), and I'm grateful they are.  The sun is shining, as if to say "Lisa, it really is going to be a beautiful day!"  Thank you sun, you always have my back.   My testimony is strong...so I don't feel like a slacker there.  Heavenly Father loves me, and although he may be disappointed in my decisions today, he has his arms around me...as usual.  Always grateful for that...ALWAYS.  So, my plan...#1 - take in the sunshine, #2 - remember my Father in Heaven loves me, #3 - go for a drive, with CJ, and gaze into the big blue sky.

As the Prophet said....
I adore President Hinckley

So...I will carry on today.  I will smile and breathe.  I will see the beauty.  I will eat a delicious roast.  When I go to bed tonight I will say "It really was a beautiful day...thanks sun!  Thanks Heavenly Father for holding me tight!  CJ, you are the man...thanks sexy face!"  Yep, that IS the plan!

Mathew 26:41 "Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."  I'm writing this down and taping it to my mirror...I will read it everyday this week!!

Peace

Thankful!!!!!!

I don't care if I'm having my worst day EVER...I can still find something to be grateful for!  I openly admit that on my "bad" days, I just want to whine and have everyone bring me a 32 oz. diet coke (with pebble ice & in a paper or styrofoam cup).  BUT, then I look at my husband, one of Sadie's paintings or Caitlyn's little notes and remember that, no matter what, there are beautiful things in my life that I am indeed grateful for.  They trump ALL the bad.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow.  I'm cooking for my little family.  I can't wait!!!!  We are together A LOT, but thanksgiving just seems to make being together a little more special than all the other days of the year.  This morning I was cleaning my kitchen and pulling pots and pans out of cabinets, looking for my biggest platters and cutest serving bowls.  Now, I have a moment to sit and contemplate before the next round begins...making pies and prepping the turkey!  As I sit down to rest, Sadie walks in the door, home from work and loaded with stories of cute kids and crazy shoppers...then CJ walks in from work and hugs me, kisses me then gets ready to go for a 5 mile run.  I can't help but - in my contemplative moment - make a mental list of everything I am SO FREAKING grateful for.  I'm listing them here....because it's my blog and I can...

True LOVE
Family (both immediate and not)
A real testimony
My temple recommend
I'm alive, I'm breathing, my heart is beating
Wisdom and knowledge
SUNSHINE
My home
My husbands successful business
My closet
Clean water
Music
Chocolate chip cookies
Rain
Loratab...it's God sent...I swear (I'm not a druggie...just a fan!)
Big happy dogs
Fluffy white clouds
Felt tip markers
5 year olds (they're just funny!)
....& Diet Coke

That's 20.  I think that's plenty.

I'm sending out a big fat wish, that EVERYONE is able to feel a little bit of love and gratitude on their thanksgiving day.  The sad part is that I know that will not happen...those are the thoughts that keep me up at night.  BUT...It's happiness and hope I'm focusing on, so I'll just do that!

Thankful for ALL my homies!  Peace...
Lisa Lucille

wow...3 Nephi 29

3 Nephi 29:1 reads "And now behold, I say unto you that when the Lord shall see fit, in his wisdom, that these sayings shall come unto the Gentiles according to his word, then ye may know that the covenant which the Father hath made with the children of Israel, concerning their restoration to the lands of their inheritance, is already beginning to be fulfilled."

Now, I don't know much, but I do know that things only happen according to the Lords plan and immaculate timing.  "when the Lord shall see fit, in HIS wisdom"...I understand that this scripture applies to the coming forth of the Book of Mormon, but how applicable it is in my life!  I can't force a "thing" to happen.  I've wanted to before.  I prayed for my ribs to heal, for my tongue to work, for my speech to improve...some of it came, not in the time frame I wanted it to, but it did.  Some of the things I prayed for have still not come to be...but that's ok.  The Lord has a plan for me...and whatever that plan is, it will involve EXACTLY what He needs it to so I may do the work he has set aside for me!  And that's enough.  Just because I can't see it all happening...it will, just the way it is supposed to.

3 Nephi 29:6 reads "Yea, wo unto him that shall deny the revelations of the Lord, and that shall say the Lord no longer worketh by revelation, or by prophecy, or by gifts, or by tongues, or by healings, or by the power of the Holy Ghost!"

OK, that verse ends in an exclamation mark...noted.  So, I will NOT deny the revelations of the Lord in these last days.  I will NOT doubt the miracles.  At least I will really try not to doubt!  I will TRY to see everything as a small miracle, creation and gift from the Lord.  I will also remind myself that revelation comes through the prophet and to listen to his words a little more closely and with true intent.  Oh boy, I'm really committing myself here...I'm not the very best listener and I am fantastic and justification!

ALL 9 verses of this chapter are amazing...I mean, they are Christ's actual words...AWESOME!  But the last verse, #9 reads (and I LOVE it)..."Therefore ye need not suppose that ye can turn the right hand of the Lord unto the left, that he may not execute judgement unto the fulfilling of the covenant which he hath made unto the house of Israel."

A covenant is a promise.  The Lord judges with a perfect judgement.  The Book of Mormon is here, on the earth, being read by millions.  Promise kept.  BAM.

Reminder to me:  sometimes, when I blog or write in my journals, I think, "Man, when I look back on this it's sure gonna seem 'braggadocios'!"  NO!  NOT!  I am a very happy individual who IS NOT perfect and still has SO much to learn.  It's just that I can not ignore the personal revelation that is mine.  My testimony is my best quality.  Christ will judge me with a perfect judgement...so, Lisa, you don't need to.  OK?  So, just stay on the path and remember you're the least braggadocios person you know.

Peace out popsicles...(it's cold outside!)
Lisa Lucille

My Mom...

My mom has been one of the most loved examples in my life…and in the lives of MANY others.  She has always done for others before doing for herself.  In fact, the other day my 18 year old daughter asked me, "Has grandma ever done anything just for herself?"  I thought for a minute and then responded, "No."  In reality I'm sure my mom has taken moments for herself to read or take a hot bath or something like that.  However, it's never advertised so you never know?

In many ways, I turned out just like my mom…but in some ways I did not!  In no order at all, I have shared some photos that remind me of the example my mom has been to me throughout my life, things she has taught me and moments we have shared...

My mom taught me how to make raspberry jam!  I can't eat it from a store bought jar because my mom had homemade jam in the house at all times & it was DELICIOUS!  She did the same with grape juice…juiced it, canned it and stored it!  We would open a jar of grape juice, pour a little sprite in it and 'pouf' we had a fancy drink!

My mom always lived as an example of who I wanted to be when I grew up.
There was no way I wasn't going to get married in the temple.  I never doubted how important my standards and morals were…thanks to my mom.

I blame my mom for all the love I have in my heart for diet coke!   Mom was a TAB drinker.  But, there was always a coke in the fridge.  Eventually, TAB went away and the cans in the fridge turned into diet coke.  That was all I needed. I'm a fan!  I've been drinking it ever since I was 15!

My mom showed me how to be a good wife!  She loves my dad and I have never doubted that.  She knows the meaning of family and has always been a great example of how to keep family close!

My mom taught and showed me, through her amazing talents, the worth and value of little children.  She was always kind to and unconditionally loved all the children she worked with.   This value has rolled over to me and I could not be any more grateful for it!

My childhood memories are sweet.  My mom allowed me to play, took me on adventures and provided me with the freedom I needed to cultivate my own talents and interests.  I was often with friends and cousins, playing and enjoying peanut butter and honey sandwiches at the park or in the back yard.  I remember much laughter and much love!

Me, my brother Ben and my sister Liz were all very close and still are.  My mom had a hard time getting pregnant after having me (which was difficult!).  I was an only child for 6 years.  I remember the joy that came into our home with each one of my siblings.  I had a brother that died when he was 3 weeks old and it threw my mom for a loop.  However, I remember her writing a letter of support to a woman who had also lost an infant…this had a HUGE impact on me and made me realize that we can be strong when sad things are more than likely to happen.

These are all the wonderful people (besides my own little family) that my mom takes care of these days!  My brothers girls, Sam and Alex…My dad…my sisters son, Jonah.  My mom holds this all together.  She loves to take care of her family.  She also takes care of her own mother, and, until recently, took care of her dad too.  She is truly a divine care taker.

My mom has ALWAYS been there for my girls.  If my girls ask my mom to jump, my mom responds "How high?"  She supports my girls continually, always showing up to important (and less important) events.  My mom was always willing to watch my girls if I needed to be somewhere else.  She loves my girls so much and the great thing is…they KNOW it!

My mom has passed down several great traits to me and my girls.  I feel, the most impressive, is her love and compassion for special needs children and people.  My daughter Sadie has devoted much of her teenage life to serving and loving children and friends with special needs.  My daughter Caitlyn has an extremely tender heart which has enabled her to show love for the "under dog" her whole life.  These are direct attributes from my mother.   How could I NOT be grateful for these sweet gifts my mom has given us?
Me and my mom at Christmas.  Yes, a superior mom…but most importantly a superior friend!
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO MY MOST FANTASTIC MOTHER!

Peace out and hug your mom!
Lisa

American Made!

I know, ABSOLUTELY & 100%, that I am an American Girl!!!!

Here's a few 'beautiful' reasons why:

When I was 4 years old, my dad drove a 1967 mustang.  It was gold and I adored it!  As I got a bit older, my preference turned to the '64 model….but still a mustang, and still my favorite.  To this day, when asked what my dream car is, I say, "A 1964 convertible mustang, baby blue with white interior and white wall tires."  Tricked out and in pristine condition, obviously!   So, I will thank my dad for introducing me to the Ford Mustang.  Truly an american classic!

my first ever favorite car - 1964 Ford Mustang
SUCH A GLORIOUS CAR!

convertible 2015 Ford Mustang
CLASSICALLY AMAZING!

When I was 14, I loved a musician by the name of Howard Jones.  His music inspired me, made me happy and I knew all lyrics to all his songs!  In one of his music video's, it shows him driving a red convertible corvette.  Needless to say, my new favorite car was a corvette.  They have always seemed to be such a "sexy" car to me!  They also remind me of a shark…yep, it's because of the side vents.  I don't have a picture of the 1984 corvette, but I have one of a '62, and because I'm older now…the '62 has my heart.  So retro and classy!
1962 Corvette!
I might kill over if this GORGEOUS girl was given to me!

Corvette today…
I can't even breathe, she's so SEXY!

If I'm being honest, then I will tell you that I didn't notice the Chevy Camero much…UNTIL I saw the first Transformers movie!  I fell in eternal love with Bumblebee!  Not being a big fan of 'colorful' cars, the yellow didn't do much for me…so I started to study the Camero.  In my studying, I became a big fan of the 'old school' camero (shocker.).  I will, and ALWAYS will, love the charcoal with black stripe chevy camero.  But, I seem to end up with a white car every time I buy one…so the 2015 below, seems a little bit more realistic to me?!?
Who wouldn't want this STELLER Camero?
I want to drive TOP SPEED on the open road in this one!

the LOVE of my adult life
convertible….STUNNING….clean
camero!
So….these are all american made cars and they have remained my very favorites through 40 fantastic years!!  However, if you ask me what my favorite, everyday kind of car is….well, that would be a Toyota 4-Runner - totally japanese.  I guess we all have a little flare for something foreign?

Thank you Grandpa Gibson for letting me hang out in your tire shop.  It is because of that awesome tire shop that my love of cars continued to grow.  I will forever be entranced by the smell of new tires.  My american heritage is something I am so proud of.  I've admitted I do not buy everything american made…but I sure try to (and besides Toyota has a factory right here in the good old U S of A!).  Long live the American Muscle Car!

Peace and sunshine

Immature or Not? I just don't know….do I care?

As I watch the years go by, I realize that I totally understand what my mom was telling me when she said, "I might be in my 60's now, but I still feel like a kid inside!"  I'm 43 years old…44 in july, and I still like punk rock music, trendy clothing, coloring, markers and crayons, playing with play dough, buying a new box of crayons…..and so on!  So, what's the deal?  Am I immature or not?  Here is a visual list of my favorite things:

angels and airwaves, blink 182, the offspring, metallica, box car racer, the killers
…just to name a few

i know how bad this stuff is for me, but i LOVE it and can't say no

sunshine…eternal warmth
i'm a freaking brat when it's cold

my favorite food
P.B and J!

i get more giddy over a new box of crayons than i do a new novel

cute toenails….always

COLORING….love it

kick 'A' cars
makes NO sense for a mom to drive a camero or mustang
…but i want one…please, pretty please!!!

grover.
need i explain?

i'm semi-obsessed with transformers
my favorite show - ever
i didn't read Eat, Pray, Love and i didn't see the film…and i won't

can not help but giggle at 'naughty' words and jokes

adorable…chubby shoes!

i play on Polyvore.  it's a mindless waste of time.
it's the only computer 'suck-in' i cave to...
pathetic & eternal fashion coordinator.
So, what's my consensus?  I still don't know, but none of the above seem like real adult-ish things to like and do.  An adult shows discipline and poise.  An adult gives stalwart advice, because of gained wisdom.  An adult probably does not sit and wonder if they are mature or not…they just know they are.  I guess I still don't care either.  I am who I am, because of what life has given me…and I couldn't be more grateful!!!!  So I will play outside with sidewalk chalk, make play dough because I feel like it, mess around on polyvore and watch sesame street on you tube.  I will do all this while wearing chubby teenager shoes and sipping on diet coke with Blink 182 blaring on my laptop.  If you don't like that, then you don't have to like me, it's ok….I'm not sad…I still love you :]  If you find me a little…..well, I'll let Yoda finish that sentence for me.

I swear, get over it.  But to make you feel better:  I've read the Book of Mormon more than once,  I love the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I believe Joseph Smith, Prayer works, I have a testimony that my Father in Heaven and His Son are real and they love us all…even if we laugh at naughty jokes.  Now, if my faith offends you it's ok….refer back to Yoda's wisdom.

Peace out girl scout
Lisa :]
