What I would love to do is what I've been successfully doing for the last 11 weeks....post lovely pictures of the things that bless my life a little at a time. However! In the midst of 2 car accidents, the primary program (i was incharge of), 3 casseroles for the ward dinner, 7 affidavits, 3 anxiety attacks (not all mine!), and a very emotional piano recital....i also lost my phone...which holds all my pictures of the week on it! So, needless to say, this post will be pictureless! BUT...HOLD THE PHONE! That certainly does not mean there were not some very large gifts being carefully placed into my life and the lives of those around me!
SEPT. 22 (this i do have a pic for!)
My next door neighbors beautiful tree :] I love autumn...it's by far my favorite season. Every year I can't wait for the orange, yellow, red and purple to start appearing on the trees. Well, it's here...and it's beautiful!
SEPT. 23
A baby named Hope was born. It's a miracle she's even alive. 25% of little Hope's brain is on the outside of her skull. This is the picture I am most sad I have lost. She is a beautiful little girl! Her chances of survival are slim. She is still alive today (sept. 29th), thanks to the prayers and fasting of so many. I continue praying for her every day and night, my thoughts are with her and her parents through the day. Everyday is a big fat blessing for her and her little family. This baby is Tyler and Caileih Fentons baby. They are in my ward and Caileih is my visiting teaching partner. They are both very strong in the gospel and deserve every moment they get with little Hope. Miracles DO happen...I'm not going to forget that.
SEPT. 24
Well...this was a day and a half. One of the days you think "what exactly is the blessing in all of this?" I think my blessing was the reminder that WE LIVE, WE LEARN and then WE MOVE FORWARD...and that's all I'm going to say about that :]
SEPT. 25
Primary Program! I love my primary kids...they make me laugh and they make me cry (all in a GOOD way!).
SEPT. 26
Being with my niece Samantha, my brother and his wife. A cute little family that I love a whole bunch. Family is the greatest gift of all ;]
SEPT. 27
This is the day I lost my phone :[ Searched and searched...no where. The gift here, I was reminded how nice it is to have immediate contact with those you love.
SEPT. 28
I had 1 1/2 hours totally alone in my home tonight....aahhhh, sometimes a little silence is a big blessing :]
This week has started out a little better and there will be several more gifts handed right over to me by a Heavenly Father who loves me....it must be a challenge for Him though ;] I'm always grateful.
