week 13??? where did it go?

And there we went...right into OCTOBER!  Holy cow, really???  I'm not sure where to begin and end the telling of last weeks adventures.  It kind of seems like a blurry memory.  My preschool kids were completely charged with WAY more energy than any 3 to 4 year old should be able to hold within those tiny little bodies :]  Eddy is driving me crazy with his constant whinning!  It's our fault though...because we spoil him with treats and outdoor adventures...however, we have taken away his "ball" privileges in the house!  He chews them and leaves little colorful pieces of rubberball all over the place!  My home is in sustained disarray & all my halloween decorations (well most, not all....that's just me being slightly dramatic) are stuck on the side of our temporary storage room!  ALL THAT being said...here are the wonderous blessing each day brought my way :]

september 29th
My Sadie played the most difficult recital piece of her piano playing experience!  Clair De Lune....her Grandpa's favorite.  It was a tough one to get through due to nerves and tender memories.  My niece also was invited to play the first few notes she worked so hard to learn, up at the piano bench with Sadie.  What a blessing of memories of Grandpa!

MY BOYS are back!!!  Thanks to the gentle nudging of a couple of my favorite neighborhood boys, I started up book club again :]  I love these boys and all the adventures we have with science and art during our time together :]  They only have 3 weeks off school, so I'm going to love the next few fridays!

october 1st
Just the fact that it's October thrills me.  It's my very favorite month of all :]  For me it starts the Holiday Season!  I love seeing all the pumpkin patches!

october 2nd
LDS General Conference...it's the best!  Church in your p.j.'s is always awesome ;]  All joking aside...I'm always overfilled with gratitude when I listen to and watch these great leaders speak.  I'm not embarrased to be a little mormon girl from Utah.  I thrive on all people being happy in their own beliefs and knowledge.  After all...Heavenly Father just want's us all to find happiness and enjoy the precious life he has given us :]

october 3rd
If anyone knows me at all...they know I love color.  During one of my "sessions" of Google (i love google gazing), I clicked Images and then typed in color.  I do this quite often so I wasn't expecting anything new....but BAM! there it was, this absolutely, totally awesome pic!  I'd had a rough day, so this was just the gift I needed.  It's now my new favorite "color" find.

october 4th
The blessing of an egg salad sandwich...
At 4:00 pm I was sitting at the kitchen counter not realizing that I was starving.  I hadn't eaten all day due to the fact that I was so involved with my preschool duties.  I was hammered.  My daughter boiled some eggs, whipped up the "salad" and said "Mom, how about a sandwich?"  I devoured the delicious gift made just for me and my headache was gone, I was more alert and able to move on with my day!

october 5th
Can't come up with a picture for this one...no one possibly could.  The blessing most cherished by me today is that my Heavenly Father does care and is helping me with something I can't do alone :]
(and it's raining...i love rain!)

I love the rainbow at the end a great storm...both literaly and figuratively speaking!
be happy and be free...
lisajp :]
