the 18th week!

Things have not really calmed down a whole lot since last week...HOWEVER, I can see it coming to a s l o w  d o w n!  Yay :]  This last week I have been thankful for my health, my families health and safty, food and a clean house!  My dear CJ was on a hunting trip in Kansas all week, Cait was home from school and Sadie finally got her justice at school...feewfff!  My family is my GREATEST blessing.  I would be painfully lonely without them.  Sometimes we need to take a break and a little breathing time away from just about anyone!  BUT, returning from that small break to be with family is just the greatest feeling :]  Your home should be your sanctuary, i think, anyway.
NOVEMBER 9:  My Caitlyn is 19!  We went to lunch at McGraths (with grandma J!) and had a wonderful day :]  My baby is SO big.
NOVEMBER 10:  My house has remained CLEAN for one solid week!  There's no better gift than that!!!
NOVEMBER 11:  CJ sent me a picture of him in his tree stand...so, I knew my prayers were being answered because he was well and safe ;]  Silly picture though?!?
NOVEMBER 12:  I love websites with ideas...especially when my creativity cap is off!
NOVEMBER 13:  Spent the afternoon at my mom's for a family dinner.  We celebrated my dad's birthday and laughed and talked.  I love sunday family dinners :]
NOVEMBER 14:  I'm not a huge advocate of pill popping.  However, I am grateful for the smarty pants that came up with some of the med's we have today.  Without depakote & lamictal I would have a daughter experiencing constant seizures, and without celexa I would have another daughter with sevier, ongoing anxiety.  So yes, sometimes medication is a gift to be grateful for.
NOVEMBER 15:  Yoga Pants!!!  I love them.  I don't do yoga, but I guess I should because I love yoga clothing ;]  I wear yoga clothing when I absulutely want to be comfortable.  It's the best thing - next to soft jammie bottoms :]
My husband always says "If you chose to do one thing, you're chosing not to do something else." I always thought...ok, we get it - you don't have to say that now.  However, for some reason, lately I have really taken that saying to heart.  I need to choose to do the good things, the things that make me the most happy and work hard to achieve the things I want to have in the future.  Life is simple...we make it hard.  I'm not a big fan of 'hard' so it's good to know that my life is getting a little better with each great decision I make (which isn't every decision I make...but, it's ok!)

"Life is the sum of all your choices."  -Albert Camus

Have a groovy week ;]
