Grandpa's 90th!

My grandpa turned 90 on January 5th!  It's amazing that I am 41 and still have grandparents living!  My mom put on a big party for many of our extended family members which was at a delicious little italian restaurant.  My grandpa isn't a big fan of being the center of attention...but he really enjoys having family together, so I know he was excited to be there :]

When it was time to share a big toast, with the whole group, this is what he said, "Here's to those that wish us well...all the others can go to hell."  That's my grandpa!  He is one of the very greatest men I've ever known, a fantastic example of patience and love.  He always tells it how it is...no bullshit! ;]  I love that about my grandpa!

Family is FOREVER!  I'm so happy to know that :]  I love my grandparents and am happy that they are still here with us!
