perfect weather for play time!

I went out to play with Tom tonight and the weather was perfect!  I was excited and so was Tom.  It's been rainy and windy for the last 3 weeks, and when it's not raining is humid and hot!  The cool down felt SO good :]  Tom ran like a crazy guy back and forth in the yard.  Usually when he plays fetch, he gets in a few runs and then finds some shade to rest in.  Well, tonight there was no need for any shade....so he just kept fetching, and when I would give him too much time in between, he just came and put his toy on my lap, "Come on!  Get your head in the game!"  Sorry Tom!

I'm always obsessed with the sky in September!  Fluffy white clouds, clear blue sky...it's BEAUTIFUL!  With all the rain storms we've had, many of the days have had awesome storm clouds too!  Today we had both.

At 1:00pm the rain hit hard!  Rain, lightning and thunder....I LOVE it!

 At 6:30pm it all had stopped and left the valley clean, bright and sunny...LOVE that too!

This has been a day to enjoy being outdoors, both morning and night!  Utah is an interesting place to live...It can be 95 degrees one day and 60 degrees the next.  I love it here, I'm grateful to live in such an appealing place :]
